The body of a young boy has been found and may be Jennifer Hudson's nephew.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's office and Chicago Police Department sent officials to the scene of a white SUV, which reportedly has a license plate matching the number listed on an Amber Alert issued for Jennifer Hudson's missing nephew, on the city's West Side Monday. Police refused to comment.
Television footage showed police vehicles escorting a flatbed tow truck as it took the SUV away from the scene with the body still inside. The car has been seen there for 3 days and was found 14 miles away from the crime scene.
This is absolutely horrible and devastating. We will keep you updated as the story progresses.
UPDATE: 10:46am - There are multiple reports saying news channels in Chicago are confirming it is Julian but this is NOT TRUE. All stations are saying it MAY be him and police are still not confirming anything.
UPDATE: 11:22am - As of Sunday, William Balfour had an alibi to his whereabouts. As of today, Balfour's current girlfriend is NOT corroborating his story.
UPDATE: 1:49pm - In Washington, FBI Deputy Director John S. Pistole said at a news conference that authorities found a body "who we believe to be the missing victim in Chicago, the nephew of Jennifer Hudson. We are working with Chicago police to get a positive identification of the victim."
UPDATE: 2:25pm - Authorities are still not confirming if the body found is Julian, but an autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday.

everyone is saying channel 9 confirmed it but I just checked and they aren't confirming anything...i hope its not hudson's nephew!
